Mansfield Auto Toll Road stops just short of the summit. However, you can park and make the short hike to the top for stunning views of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. A summit visitor center offers information on the geology and history of the mountain.
This 8.4-mile backroad drive takes you through beautiful (mostly unpaved) backroads and takes just under half an hour. Along the way, you’ll see tons of wildlife and spectacular long-range views. Moss Glen Falls can also be accessed via Brush Hill. It makes the perfect place to stop for a picnic on your scenic drive.
